2- Within one week you will receive the Return Authorization, plus the delivery coupon in case of warranty;
3- Print the Return Authorization and the Repair Form and insert them into the return box.

    1- Warranty is valid within 2 years from purchase date.
    2- SPIDI will check returned goods in order to know if they have been previously cleaned by end user for hygienic reasons and in order to state if they respect warranty requirements above mentioned, otherwise they will be sent back at sender’s charge.
    3- Reparation service will not be possible in case of discontinued models /colors.
